Starting from a common passion, surfing, and a proven experience, the Secret Shaper team is configured through four clearly differentiated blocks; our surf shaper, technical team and performance development, business development and expansion and commercial development.

The Shape team, with ? to the head. After dedicating himself for many years to the manufacture of surfboards for his own brand and for world-class brands,? joins the Secret Shaper project full time and exclusively. He will design unique and perfected surfboard models for years, and will be in charge of manufacturing your custom surfboards.
Yassine Ramdani
TECHNICAL AND PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
The technicalization and performance development team with Yassine Ramdani at the head. He will be in charge of directing both the technical development of the surfboards and the training of new riders.
His career began when he was only nine years old and since then he has not gotten off the surfboard. His experience as a world-class professional surfer supports him. He currently continues to compete at the highest international level and continues to achieve triumphs. We are proud to have Yassine working exclusively with us to help us bring out the project’s full potential.
Miguel Lopez-Roberts and Antonio Unzurrunzaga
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
The business development and business management team led by Miguel Lopez-Roberts and Antonio Unzurrunzaga. They will contribute their business knowledge to guarantee the proper functioning of the project and manage sustainable growth appropriate to the needs of the market and their clients. Both businessmen with extensive experience in various sectors and great surfing enthusiasts do not hesitate to put their experience at the service of this project, in which dedication and experience are combined so that Secret Shaper awakens the same passion in their clients as in themselves.
TARIK BEN DAGHA
HEAD OF PRODUCTION, EXPANSION AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT (BASQUE COUNTRY).
The production and quality team is under the direction of Tarik Ben Dagha. Likewise, it will be available to clients for advice on customizing tables. As Production Manager, Tarik ensures that every surfboard manufactured meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
His experience and knowledge in the field of surfing allows him to advise clients effectively, helping them choose the most suitable surfboards for their needs and abilities, understanding their expectations and providing them with a personalized service.
He will also be in charge of addressing any issue related to the brand, both at a commercial level and at a technical level within his scope of action (Basque Country).
Nicolás Pérez-Pla
EXPANSION AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT (CANTABRIA)
The Expansion and commercial development team composed of Nicolás Pérez-Plá and Jacobo Pérez-Plá (Cantabria). Both surfers, both committed to the brand and faithful ambassadors of the premises that Secret Shaper maintains. They will be in charge of personally managing any issue related to their geographical scope of action.
LUIS PÉREZ FRAILE "GUSS"
EXPANSION AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT. (ANDALUSIA)
Guss will be in charge of leading the expansion and commercial development team in Andalusia. Together with the rest of his colleagues, he will attend to any technical or commercial need that may arise within his scope of action and will ensure the proper functioning of the company throughout the national territory.
ASTRID COLL
BRAND MANAGER. EXPANSION AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT (CATALONIA)
Astrid focuses on directing all aspects related to brand communication and representation. Her task will be to ensure that Secret Shaper constantly transmits an image that is in line with the principles that shaped the project from its beginnings, quality, commitment and performance.
Likewise, it will be available to customers throughout the Catalan territory, attending to any question related to the brand, both at a technical and commercial level.
ENARA PALACIOS
Rider.
Enara joins the Secret Shaper team as one of the young promises within the female surfing scene in Spain. She has won numerous titles at the national level and has recently begun her international journey for which at Secret Shaper we will provide her with all our support both on a technical and human level.
JULEN ESCRIBANO "BABU"
Rider.
Julen also joins the Secret Shaper family as a rider. He will put all his experience and professional projection at the service of the brand so that together with Yassine and Enara they can provide the project with the professionalism it requires, constantly improving and testing all the material so that we are always at the forefront of technical and performance development.
Likewise, he continues to compete at the highest national level with the intention of making the leap to the next international stage.
Pedro G. Ballesteros. "Peter"
ART DIRECTOR.
Peter will be in charge of directing the entire artistic department. After more than 30 years of professional experience, Peter is recognized nationally as one of the greatest leaders in the world of artistic customization. He now joins the Secret Shaper project full time to help us make our boards unique and special items, with a level of quality in the artistic work unmatched in the sector.
With his help we are going to revolutionize the world of surfboard customization, taking this art to a level never seen before.
